Delivery and Returns
Delivery to UK and Europe
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually the following business day. Any order that includes a doll and orders with 5 or more items will be sent Expedited Delivery via DHL/Yodel. Smaller items in the UK may be shipped Standard Delivery via Royal Mail first class post. You may elect to upgrade to Expedited Delivery at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation from us after you place your order and a second email notification of delivery when the goods are shipped. You can expect to receive your order 2-7 working days from shipment depending on the service selected, your location and allowing a little extra time during extremely busy times such as in the lead up to Christmas.
Expedited Delivery is a signed-for service and we highly recommend this service. You may request the delivery service to leave parcels without signature in a designated safe place if you would like, though we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are requested to be delivered without a signature.

Expedited Delivery is available as an upgrade to standard delivery in the UK. Shipments to Europe, any shipment including dolls and shipments of 5 or more items are always shipped via Expedited Delivery.

Delivery to the USA
We deliver to the USA via DHL International Service. You should expect your delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of your order. A tracking number is provided in your account info on the website. You will need to sign for the delivery.
Items delivered to the USA will be net of the 20% VAT (sales tax) which is already included in the doll and doll costume prices on the website (there is no VAT on books). The VAT cost will be deducted from your order at checkout once you have entered a US shipping address. We do not believe there are import duties on dolls or books in the USA. However if US Customs disagrees with us, any import duties they charge must be paid by you.
Basic International DHL Rates to the USA are:

Larger orders not fitting into a single large parcel and deliveries beyond the lower 48 states may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipment if there are any incremental charges. For reference, a large parcel will hold a doll, 3 costumes and 2 books.
Returns Policy
All of us at A Girl for All Time® hope that you will love your purchase.
However, if for any reason you do not, then simply return it to us. All we ask is that you return your purchase to us in perfect condition, unopened, in it’s original display box/packaging within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is well protected and wrapped carefully to avoid damage in the post.
You need to include a copy of your receipt with your return, together with a brief reason for the return and your contact information including phone and email. We will be happy to exchange the item for you or provide you with a full refund, excluding postage and packing.
Please do remember to keep your postal receipt as proof of posting, and we suggest that you return your items via registered post, as A Girl for All Time® cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
We will let you know by email when we have received your parcel and once a refund or exchange has been processed for you. If you have any queries regarding a return or wish to inform us that it a return is coming, please email us at: oops@agirlforalltime.com.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition. If you do find a problem with your order on receipt, please let us know immediately at oops@agirlforalltime.com. It is helpful to send us a photograph and brief description of the problem in the email.
We may ask you to return the item to us, so please be sure to include your original receipt as well as a summary of any correspondence with us and your contact info including phone and email address. Once your items are received, we will send out a notification email and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to replace the item in reasonable time, we will provide a full refund.
