Lydia and Elinor Update
We have great news - Lydia and Elinor are finally headed to the our HQ's in the US and UK warehouses where they will be processed through our warehouses and sent out to customers.
We very excited to have Lydia and Elinor on their way and want to thank everyone for their patience and support. 2020 certainly has had its challenges and as most of you know we had hoped to start restocking all of our sold out items at the start of the year. Unfortunately, with the closure of factories until May and June, that was not to be. So our plans to restock have been delayed but we are very excited to finally be nearing the finish line!
What happens next?
There are still a few things our of our control that could have an impact on final delivery date of our products into the warehouse. Namely, the shipping companies schedule which can be impacted by weather, inspections at other ports, and 'lane traffic' on the open sea. However, we are hopeful that goods will arrive into our UK and US warehouses by the end of November and from there ship out ASAP to everyone who has pre purchased.
Once goods arrive into the US and UK ports, then they have to clear customs and then get processed into our warehouses.
At that point, everyone will be ready to get orders out as soon as they possibly can.
Can I still pre order?
Yes you can still order Elinor and Lydia, but please be aware that we have only a few dozen of each item left at this point, so if you did want to get your hands on one of these items please do consider purchasing as soon as you are able.
We now have available in both our US and UK stores payment by instalment plans: buy now and pay over 6 weeks, interest free. In the UK we have partnered with LayBuy and in the USA we have partnered with Sezzle.
